Motor TESTED and Working. I checked the pull chain cord and it has multiple speed settings. From inspection, this appears to have never been used. It basically has no dust on any of the parts. All parts have been counted and are in the box.
This product would be ideal for outdoor spaces, such as patios and balconies, where a strong breeze can be a comfort throughout the summer months.
